TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ackworth House – Builders Win a Brekkie promotion. Ackworth House, are giving you the chance to win $200 worth of breakfast with the launch of our Builders Promotion. To enter the draw, share or comment on one of the competition’s Facebook/Instagram posts for your chance to win.
HOW TO ENTER
1. The Promotion starts at 5am on the 9th April and ends at 12am on 9th May (“Promotion Period”).
2. To enter the Promotion participants must be eligible under the Standard Promotion or Competition Rules below.
3. To enter, simply comment or share on one of the promotion’s social media posts. There can be only 1 entry per person into the competition. Multiple entries do not increase your chances of winning. All incomplete or duplicate entries will be void.
PRIZE
1. One draw of a $200 dollars voucher with a breakfast provider of their choice (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliver Easy)- transferred to the winner.
Winning the Prize:
1. On the 9th of May Ackworth House will randomly select one winning entry from all valid entries.
2. Ackworth House will then contact the selected entry using Facebook/Instagram. Ackworth House will attempt to contact the entrant a maximum of two times. If Ackworth House is unable to contact the entrant, the Prize is forfeit and Ackworth House may select another winner.
3. Confirmation of the Prize details will be arranged directly between Ackworth House and the winner and are subject to the winner promptly providing Ackworth House with all correct information requested.
4. To claim the Prize, the winner must satisfy conditions of working in the building trade and be able to provide Ackworth House with sufficient proof
5. The Prize is not transferable, negotiable, and non-refundable. The Prize may only be claimed by the Prize Winner.
OTHER
1. These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by Ackworth House.
2. Ackworth Houses’ decisions on all entry and Promotion matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Participants grant Ackworth House permission to use their name, and voice, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. This includes the right to use on Ackworth House’s websites, Facebook pages, on air and other publications of Ackworth House.
4. Ackworth House will collect and use, for the purpose of the promotion, your personal information. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information (where such information is readily retrievable by contacting Ackworth House).
5. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

STANDARD PROMOTION OR COMPETITION RULES
By entering the Promotion you have agreed to accept these Specific Terms and Conditions, our standard competition terms, our website terms of access and privacy policy.
‘Disqualified Participants’ are:
(a) all Ackworth House employees, all employees of participating sponsors or promoters and/or advertising agencies and their Immediate Families;
(b) all people under the age of 18 years old
‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation or other family extension.
ENTRY
1. These Promotion or Competition Rules (‘the Rules’) apply to all Ackworth House or Competitions (collectively the ‘Promotion’) conducted by means of any medium – online, radio, print, or a connected device. The Rules may change from time to time.
2. If a particular Promotion has specific rules or terms (‘the ‘ Specific Rules’) those Specific Rules will apply if there is any inconsistency with the Rules.
3. Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules registration, entry or vote is limited to 1 per person. Where multiple registrations, entries or votes are acceptable, each must be made separately.
4. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Rules and the Specific Rules and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority (for example from the bill payer or owner of a telephone) to enter the Promotion.
5. No purchase is necessary to win or participate in the Promotion unless specified in the Specific Rules.
6. The Promotion is open to New Zealand Residents only. Disqualified Participants may not enter the Promotion.
7. Ackworth House reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
8. Ackworth House reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Ackworth House decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Rules (including the Specific Rules), gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
